Arkat's victory was probably even more total in Ralios -- he ruled there
for 75 years! However, because he ruled, when the Dark Empire fell,
everything associated with him had to be crushed. Including the Humakt
cult. For some time, there was no Humakt worship in any form.

However, Humath was a god native to Ralios, and the sword god has an
important role in the Orlanthi pantheon. So the Humath cult was
"resurrected." The hero(es) that did this quested to retrieve the cult in
its pure, original form. Or at least as accurate as they could get, which
may not be very. In many ways, I think the 3rd Age cult of Humath is like
20th Century Druids -- they play at being what they think Druids are like,
but they're pretty clearly wrong. The difference is that the power of Death
is real, and still there. But the cult practices are probably completely
different.

It's worth noting that this phenomenon has probably happened elsewhere in
Glorantha, notably in Peloria after Sheng Seleris.
