Simon Hibbs:

>>By this method, [the Malkioni] have proved the existance of the
>>Invisible God and that is how they attempt to reach him.

>I'd quible that only Brithini have 'proven' the existence of the
>Invisible God, while ince the fall of the kingdom of logic most Malkioni
>have had to make do with evidence in the form of the ascention of the
>saints rather than proof in the strict sense.

I disagree. The Malkioni are known to have improved their vision
of the Invisible God over time with such notable examples as
Malkion's discovery of Solace of the Body, Hrestol's Joy of the
Heart, the One Mind of the God Learners and the recent discovery
of the Hidden Mover (which was prompted by the discovery of the
number Zero). Saying that their evidence is the ascension of the
Saints begs the question of how they have managed to make those
advances.

>Malkioni Wizards take the fact that their magic works as proof that
>the world is ruled by Law.

This is not meaningful as other practitioners also make the same
argument. What distinguishes the Malkioni from the other viewpoints
is that he knows *how* and *why* his magic works. I daresay that
there are many demonstrable proofs available to Malkioni wizards to
independantly substantiate the existance of the laws by which they
operates.
