Kolat is a primal storm god and is reckoned to be the first of
Umath's sons. He is the father of the Seven Winds and in Dragon
Pass, a tradition of savage shamans, known as Kolatings, venerate
him. He is also identified as Umbrol, the Sylph father.
There's also a city in Umathela called Kolatsfange. Apparently
it's also known as the Palace of Winds and 'is one of the few
settlements of the Huamaz that is still unfortified. It is so
beautiful that even elves travel to admire them' p88 Missing
Lands.
