I think that's exactly right. At Convulsion, talking about bilocation
during worship ceremonies, said that Orlanth cultists are _both_ lying
around their temples, twitching and gibbering softly (or doing ritual
stuff, whichever), _and_ swirling around Wintertop (I think was the
mountain in question), as part of the wind...

It's a rough deal, I know. ;-) Thw WCren presumably fly by the old-
fashioned, flapping type method, unless they did something suitably
Orlanth-y too, which I imagine they'd not bother with, preferring their
own method of flight. (And to concentrate their magical resources
elsewhere, needless to say...)
