I must have been a bit off topic here.
What I was trying to say is that the Thunder Brothers should
not be a Vingan subcult, but a culturally associated mystery
that a Vingan would be able to initiate into with the proper
introductions, etc. Associated, not subordinate. I strongly
suspect that Vinga the cult has about the same level of
subordination to Orlanth the cult as Vinga did to Orlanth.
