At the risk of sounding really pedantic, all cetaceans (whales, dolphins
and porpoises) are carnivores - it's just a matter of prey size. Size
ranges from Coepods (small zoo-plankton eaten by Right Whales) to giant
squid (eaten by Sperm Whales when they can get it). There's also been a
sighting of Orcas trying to take out a Humpback, but it doesn't look
like their regular behaviour.
