Why fly, when (assuming you are in with the Storm Bull
crowd) you can hike up the handy spiral pathway of Stormwalk
Mountain to gain whatever perspective you need for
map-making? Wintertop would be even better, were it not for
the constant cloud cover. I would also think that Lunar
cartographers, working from the Red Moon, would have gone
over the entire Empire in fine detail, but I believe in huge
gymbol-mounted Yelm dials and other odd things. YGMV =)
