Before Shavaya, the Kralori list the Emperors TarnGatHa (called
Aether in Gods of Glorantha and known to the East Islanders as Vith),
HeenMaroun (called Yelm in Gods of Glorantha and known to the East
Islanders as Goveranen) and Metsyla (known to the East Islanders as
Osdero).
Metsyla ruled the Empire of Abzered which included Vormain and
Teshnos as well as Kralorela before it was destroyed due to his
shortsightedness (in the Kralori version at least - the East
Isles version is recorded on Missing lands p24).
After Metsyla was drowned, Shavaya took over the rule of Kralorela
and ruled wisely according to the precepts of NiangMao (Tentacles
#2). He is not the Son of the Sun as far as I know nor even the
son of Metsyla. The Solar Storm, however, might have been the son
of Metsyla. Teshnos, I think, was controlled by the Loper People
at this time from the Isle of Melib and Valzain is Emperor of Vormain.

Between Shavaya and Daruda is listed Sekever, an anti-emperor from
Ignorance. He really is thought of as an interregnum rather than
a emperor in his own right.

Thalurzni actually exiled the Star Permutator, Shadow Cancer,
Secret Waters and Earth Eater to Bliss in Ignorance rather
than war against the latter land. IMO the four were allied
gods of Daruda and legitimately controlled vast portions of
Kralorela at the beginning of Thalurzni's realm. This time
should be thought as one of spiritual purification or civil
war instead of war against another country.
I haven't heard of him creating the Inland Sea before although
he is stated to have created the ShanShan in the Genertela
Book.

Between Mikaday and Vayobi, Sekever returns and causes major havoc.
Vayobi spends time with the Blue Dragon of the Deep (known to the
East Islanders as Harantara and mentioned also in ML p24) and returns
with the secret of the War Dragons, otherwise known as the Imperial
Army.
