I could well think that Chalana Arroy worshippers could be sent in the most
dire circumstances, where ordinary emissaries would risk being killed. Most
people (and whatnot) of Glorantha respect her and what she stands for.
I thought Uleria was a goddess who had some connection with peace negotiations.
She is the oldest holder of Harmony still worshipped and had that story with
the Boggles. Communication is one of her things, is it not?
Mind you, I am reminded of Lysistrate :-o
