John Hughes:

>If we set say, a ten year horizon, what are the goals we should be working
towards?

"The extermination of trolls and dwarves. And having lots more trees. Less
humans would help, too. 'Scuse me, I have to Sing now."

A more serious $0.02 or so:

>So if we want to continue to systematically explore Glorantha,
>and have the information available in some systematic way, what
>structures do we need to build?

A lot is already there on glorantha.com. I'd say that the immediate way
forward is "fan-authored official publications". See, e.g.,
www.geocities.com/praxpack/. This is how Glorantha survived its dark age
into its renaissance. If I were Greg, I would try to find ways to leverage
my own effort by enlisting groups of fans to write official publications on
an unpaid basis. (But then, if I were Greg, Glorantha would not exist, 'cuz
my character sheet says "lack of creativity 2w15".)

I know John was asking a bigger question than the one I answered, but
sometimes you have to point in the direction you want to go without knowing
how far.
