No Man's Vale is probably the same as No Man's March to
the west of the Good Place or it could be the valley
between the hills of Hender's ruins and Pimper's Block.

Denzi's Water _might_ be on the Trollpak Map in the
same aread IIRC (and that's a big _if_, mind you).
