That's certainly the Orlanthi take. OTOH, perhaps they're "objectively
wrong"(TM). (i.e., GL rationale for giving them a whopping great
"alien realm" penalty when they're on the LBQ. A crude account, in
my view, but perhaps not entirely off the mark.)
