That's the theory. In practice, such scales are pretty meaningless,
unless you pre-establish and fix _how_ they're to be used to compare
against abilities. Do these measure the chances of killing you
if you streak through that weather bollock-naked, the marginal
propensity to cook (or refridgerate) an egg, or what? This is the
dreaded HW 'generic resistance' problem, all over again.
