Which may be the point. If expect a place where winter is represented
as a 5W4 cold to be covered in snowdrifts and icicles and the like.
Kind of like the was the mountains in South Park are always covered in
snow.
Personally I think that 5W4 figure was just being silly - that might
be an extremely bad year, but can hardly be typical. If it is the
Kolati living in the caves north of the PC village isn't going to
survive the winter, and the Odaylan's going to be trouble if he tries
to resist the winter by hibernating through it...
