A quick Google search tells me:

Jerry another nickname for a German or Germans collectively was an old colloquialism for chamber pot. It alluded to the shape of an upturned German helmet.

Boche from the French slang alboche, which was two words allemand (German) and caboche (pate, head) put together.

Kraut: Slang. A German. From the word sauerkraut.
