My Glorantha is not Prax at the moment -- I'm still looking for what happens to worshippers of Storm gods who aren't directly impacted by the events in Dragon Pass.

For that matter, you've given a great description of what happens in Prax. But not what happens to worshippers in Prax (most likely, Pavisites).
