For what it's worth, two published books of short Pendragon scenarios were built up from free posts to the Chaosium Digest mailing list (Tales of Chivalry & Romance, Tales of Magic & Miracles).

It'd be interesting to know how satisfactory sales of this semi-recycled material were: anyone got any idea?

That said, I haven't seen the same volume of scenarios/episodes posted to Hero Wars and other Gloranthan mailing lists... :-(
