 In answer to Mark's question, from a Solar perspective the answer as to what an Orlanthi call his toilet is 'BED!'

 There is a name for them, I think its somthing like cess pit, but that isn't quite right. The vikings of York used a waist high wicker screen surrounding a hole in the ground and wiped their arses on spagnum moss.
