Your threat levels look good to me.

My clan is vaguely appeaser-ish. Though the PCs are trying to change that. Poor fools will probably end up being outlawed though. (which the Players don't mind, actually -- very much willing to sacrifice themselves to save the precious clan)

Its nice to see. Beats the old days of solo & homicidal adventurer bands wandering around in dungeons!
