He's a subcult of any Orlanth aspect, it seems. And yes, you can be a
devotee to it without any trouble. But the hero would also be able to
join, say, Orlanth A without trouble. That's where I'd spawn the subcult from.

He's a fairly decent Thunderbrother -- a little bit on him is mentioned in the Umbroli section of Anaxial's as well.

But I'd be the first to admit that there should have beena bit better definition on subcults in the main rules. Its the only section that really threw me for a loop.
