I can't find it. I clearly have something eating my brain this week.  I wonder if it was a variant rule someone proposed here a long time ago. But with the sheer number of messages... sigh.

I think, though, to answer teh queston someone else posted -- the way you get a Complete Success with breaching the Spirit Plane barrier is to go for a simple contest, rather than an extended one. Or to find a 'thin spot'
