Black Horse Tripe - can't be right, thinks the apprentice, must be soem other food stuff:
Black Hors D'oeuf - can't understand this foreign phrase, must be some other foreign word:
Black Forest Gateaux - surely applies to any sweet cake. Fruit of the Forest etc.

Anyway, what's wrong with Pagan Hogs?
