Of course, this is something else that is within the GM's power to control. If the Player has come to the conclusion that the optimal approach is to reserve enough HP to bump every roll in a session, just run a session in which they need to make two or three times as many rolls - they'll have to run out sooner or later! (bumping your Combat augment may be a "more efficient" way to improve your combat then spending a HP to increase your skill, but only if you recover/generate HP at a faster rate than you get into fights!)             Received on Sun 05 May 2002 - 16:50:30 EEST
