I remember from Cults of Prax (I think), that horses can not get any nourishment from the plains of Prax - supposedly because they were not part of Waha's Compact. I have not seen any reference to this in either Sun County, or River of Cradles. Is this still true, or am I misremembering my reference? I do not have Cults of Prax here to check.
