Nysalor correction

Having found my Cults of Terror, I realize I was a bit off. The only relevant quote I found was under "Associated Cults":

"Since Nysalor is now only a shadow on the Spirit Plane, his initiates neither get nor receive spells and skills from associated cults without joining those cults"

The cult write up also states that Nysalor has no Rune Lords or Priests, making Divination dificult. I'm not sure that a Divination to Nysalor would be especially usefull though. He would probably answer your questions with more questions.
