Folks--
RQ 4 is available only in printed format, and the distributor is not mailing it out anymore. I have the version 2.0 which consists of nearly 400 kilobytes of stuff; I am not emailing it to anybody. I'm thoroughly sorry I brought the subject up. If you want the Fatigue rules, I could send them to people, if the number of requests is reasonable.
