Some answers about WHITE BEAR and RED MOON
Argrath raised his army in Prax, I am unsure of the exact composition of it.
Jaldon Toothmaker is well described in the historical background of the PAVIS
boxed set. I think there is also information about him in CULTS of PRAX.
That's about all I know, I'm not sure if information on the other details has
been published. Not at least in anything I own.
