I'm still working on some of the weapons in the weapons tables. Namely
the firearms, since I think the PEN ratings that I used, which I got
from the Stormbringer adventure "Rogue Mistress", are not properly
balanced with weapon damage. I think that most bullets of the same
size should do the same damage, though their penetration might change
with projectile velocity.
