Their has to be another way to make slave bracelets and collars though.
Ompalam is after all mainly a Pamaltelian god and Prax seems to have
quite a few slave collars flaoting about. I also think it would be
better to say Slavery is just a twisting of the mastery rune rather than
a "true" rune all by itself.
