Well, given that CON is heavily used for Perception, that seems to indicate
it's use to determine clear eyes, good sense of touch, etc. I was just
extending on this for the manipulation.
It has the advantage of getting INT out of every attribute.
Besides, I think I have a pretty good DEX myself, but don't ask me to do any
detail work when I'm sick as a dog. :)
