In our campaign we used the various special Speeches as 'true' languages
for magical purposes, rather than inventing Fire Lore, Water Lore, etc.
(e.g., Seaspeech for water magic, Stormspeech
for air, Spirit Speech for spirits, etc.) I think that this disagrees with
semi-official (i.e. unpublished) stuff, though.
In our campaign this is how the Vadeli do it (they have no Sorcerer caste).
Again, completely unofficial.
