I'm jumping into this discussion without having seen the first part, but, I
I assume everyone's convinced we need the extra complexity?
thought the different dice was a fairly elegant idea, because it gives you
a chart that's short enough to memorize (and each skill can be identified
on the character sheet -- see my other message).
