I second this, and also would like to make the point that I am willing to help
with postage costs even if I was to be sent one anyway, in support of the
good work done by Oliver, Carl, etc. Just email me and I'll send some IRCs.
I would certainly hate to miss out on a copy because I live somewhere
(perth, Australia) that is expensive to mail too.
