I read through the proposal Loren put up and my head is spinning.
Maybe I'm just a geek, but I prefer 5% and 20% of skill % to determine
special and critical (AND I prefer that low rolls remain better than high
rolls).
Why my preference--well, I just took one sentence to explain how to
derive the chance of getting a special or a critical, no?
