Speak Own has a base of 50% [58]; Custom Own has a base of 50% [64].

You need only make 3 of 5 skill rolls; presumably you're allowed to miss
Cult Lore. Still, it ought to be easier to learn these as a lay member --
it's not possible under the rules.
