I still think it is just a change that is not needed.

I gave Oliver a copy at RQ-con. There have been lots of small changes
to correct problems, but the basic system remains the same. It
replaces the randomness of a lucky CON roll with the actual size
of the spirit vs the stat to get disease severity. (There still are
stat and con rolls to resist the affects)
