Adds to die rolls

Now that I've already had the courage to actually *mail* to this mailing
list (wonder when I'll appear at Henk's list :)) let me add a very good
(IMHO) idea to the fatigue rules.

Add the negative fatigue to the die roll, but *only* affecting the
chance of normal (maybe spec. too) success.

So crits and fumbles occur at their normal chance (maybe that's bad for
fumbles, dunno). IMHO this works very well for over 100% skill levels,
one just begins *missing* more frequenty.

P.S. I still vote for digesting this mailing list (but with with more
than one 'digest' per day).
