I'd say yes, it's gone. A spirit isn't much more than it's MPs - take them all
and what's left?

Yes, but that's an extra POW sacrificed. Ask an adventurer if he wants two
bound POW spirits or one that can't be taken... Until he runs into someone
stealing spirits, he'll probably take the former.
