Keeno. I use RQ 3. I double hit points on everyone and everything. It seems
to make fights more interesting without prolonging them unduly.
I have a slightly Sandyized sorcery system that uses skill rather than Free
INT as a manipulation base. I'd go completely Sandyized but I'm afraid of
what some of my players would do. :-) My current modified system encourages
much more variety in sorcery usage, rather than the one-trick-ponies the
standard system seems to generate.
No fatigue at all, of course. I hate the bookkeeping.
I've tried some Mysticism and found it horribly broken, so it's no longer
in the campaign.
Other than that, it's vanilla RQ 3. The campaign is set in post-Moonfall
Fronela.
