When I write up my house rules if they're adapted from a published source (like Sandy's sorcery or the Pendragon stuff) I always credit the original authors & copyright dates. When they're inspired by outside ideas but developed by me (like my char-gen mods and SPQR-esque skill & fatigue rules) I try to credit the folks who provided the ideas. Since I don't have them posted to a website and am not getting any money for them (I just gave printouts to any players who wanted them) I figure that's plenty.
