Wow, that means I should give my party a year's worth of training, since
we've only played once since I saw you... ;-(
And when you give them time off for training, do you let them use all 50
hours a week? So for 17 weeks, they'd get 850 hours? Or, if they're
working for someone, would you limit it, maybe 35 hours a week after some
shifts of guard duty, etc. to pay for their keep?
