As written. Well, then just add 'any personally Enchanted magic items in
contact with his/her body...'

Since this spell will get out quickly (probably already has, unless the
character created the spell), any high-powered thief will know to grab an item
as the sorcerer falls. And to strike crippling blows that aren't instantly
fatal...
