Guys,

I asked once before and didn't get a reply, so let's try again:

Is there a way to increase INT? There's a Malkioni Sorcerer in my group
with an INT of 12... His first couple of vows gain him very little
Presence, and he's not going to try any magic that sac's INT... Any
ideas?

If you sacrifice a stat, say Intelligence, will a Restore Health (INT)
get it back?
