I see Peter and Greg have given you a bunch of information. Remember that the Dara Happans are currently subject to the EWF, and at the time of the Mongoose books, their conflicts have only just begun, down in the fringe areas like Brolia and Anadikki. The latter is where I plan to run a game, and inspired by Kevin McDonald's

made a similar list for the Second Age, only centered on Anadikki rather than Carmania:

I've used published sources where practical, and extrapolated portions. It ignores regions too far away.
