I don't think this is the case. As noted in HeroQuest, Revealed Mythologies, and a few other places, its quite possible for anyone to go to the Green Age with the right HeroQuest. No one does it (except to very, very carefully witness crucial cult events) because its just too damned dangerous. It's almost certain that you will have done something First if you interfere or interact with the undifferentiated not-yet-people of the Green Age. And it's also certain that you will be someone's ancestral Foe as a result of this.
