They're pretty obviously in the theist Otherworld, because Orlanth is always bothering them there...

I don't recall dragons in the Praxian myths. And dragons seem lacking in Pamaltela, land of spirits.

Right. So are there Spirit Dragons and Godly Dragons, the way many other entities have multiple origins?
